Home prices continued their increase last month, hitting a record median of $426,900, the National Association of Realtors said Tuesday.
And home sales remained suppressed by high prices and high mortgage rates.
NAR said the median sales price for existing homes in June saw year-over-year gains for the 12th consecutive month.
